Deposits are non-refundable. Installments can be transferred once if you chose to reschedule at least 48hrs before your appointment; the appointment must be made within the same month. We are a cashless service provider. _____________________________________ LATE POLICY: Please communicate if you are running late at least a hour before the scheduled start of service. A grace period may be allowed. Anyone who shows up after the 25th minute without communication will be canceled on the spot and will be considered a no show (see no show policies) No call/No shows: Will be charged 100% service charge. Same day cancellations/less than 48 hours: 50% service charge. CLIENT EXPECTATIONS: * Things happen, If you are feeling sick or getting over a cold, please cancel your appointment. * We ask clients to arrive with a clean scalp and detangled hair, blow-dried straight if you do not want to be washed. If you anticipate a wash and blow dry. add that service as it will help with your appointment window. NO product should be in your hair when coming already washed. * Hair must be at least 2-4 inches for all braid services. * No extra guests or children. If you must stay, you will have to wait in the designated waiting area. * Please do not schedule an appointment during zoom work conference calls the salon can get noisy and I can not accommodate the silence. * I allow clients to come inside up to 15 min before their appointment start time. * I provide braiding hair colors 1, 1b, 2, 4, 27, 30 & 613. If you need a color other than those listed, there will be an additional charge starting at $10. Notice for Kid Clients (Ages 8-11) Parent's please make sure your child's hair is clean and blow dried, and that they eat before their appointment. I want to get them in and out as fast as possible, with minimal distractions. Parent's are not allowed to wait inside during their child's appointment (they sit so much better when their parent leaves). I will notify you when the appointment is almost done.
