CANCELLATION POLICY

💼 Salon Policies & Expectations Retainers / Deposits A non-refundable, non-transferable retainer is required to reserve each appointment. Retainers must be submitted within the policy window to confirm your booking. All payments upon checkout may be made through the booking site, Zelle or Apple Pay. We currently accept contactless payments via the site. Please note: a small processing fee applies. ⏰ Late Policy If you anticipate being late, please notify us at least 1 hour before your scheduled appointment. A grace period may be extended at the stylist’s discretion. Clients arriving more than 25 minutes late without communication will have their appointment automatically canceled and marked as a No Show (see policy below). ❌ No Show / Cancellation Policy • No Call / No Show appointments will incur a 100% service charge, processed through the card on file. • Same-day cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) will also result in a 100% service charge. 👑 Client Expectations To ensure your appointment runs smoothly and you receive the best service possible, please follow these guidelines: • If you’re feeling unwell or recovering from illness, please reschedule your appointment for everyone’s safety. • Arrive with clean, detangled hair, blow-dried straight if you’re not requesting a wash. • If you’d like a wash and blow-dry added, please select that at the time of booking to allow proper scheduling. • Hair must be at least 2–4 inches in length for all braid services. • No extra guests or children allowed in the styling area. A designated waiting area is available for those who must accompany you. • Please avoid booking during work-from-home Zoom calls or meetings, as the salon may have background noise and cannot guarantee a silent environment. • Clients are welcome to enter the salon up to 15 minutes before their scheduled start time. 🎨 Hair & Color Policy Braiding hair is provided in the following colors: 1, 1B, 2, 4, 27, 30, 613. Special color requests (outside these options) require advance notice and will incur an additional charge starting at $10. 👧🏽 Kid Clients (Ages 8–11) • Parents: Please ensure your child’s hair is clean, blow-dried, and detangled before the appointment. • Feed them before arrival to help the session run smoothly. • For best results, parents are not permitted to remain during the appointment—children typically sit better when unaccompanied. • You will be contacted when the appointment is nearing completion. • For special color or bead requests, please notify us prior to the scheduled appointment
